Étude visant à améliorer la survie globale chez les patients âgés de 18 à 60 ans, comparant les schémas d'induction par daunorubicine versus idarubicine à haute dose, les schémas de consolidation par cytarabine à haute dose versus à dose intermédiaire, et la prophylaxie standard versus par mycophénolate mofétil (MMF) de la réaction du greffon contre l'hôte (GvHD) chez les patients allogreffés en première rémission complète (RC).
